Big progress in Witcherville! Construction at the new AVECC Greenwood District campus is progressing. With the framing almost wrapped up, the structures are nearly "in the dry.” We love the “modern barn” design at the office building, which will highlight local stone, sleek paneling, and plenty of natural light.

We’re truly “powered up” by the progress! Keep an eye on our page for more updates as we help design for the future.

In Block, Street & Building’s most recent publication “The Best of New Urbanism in Arkansas,” MAHG Architecture is highlighted for our efforts to bring a walkable, mixed-use district to south Sebastian County. The Curve development is designed to bring together housing, commerce, recreation and civic life cohesively, while prioritizing density, pedestrian connectivity, and activating public space.

Also highlighted in the article and located within the Curve development is the Sebastian County Library, Greenwood Branch. Expected to complete construction fall of 2026, this investment in the community shows further local and regional support of intentional placemaking.
