What an adventure! Our Time Travel Kitchen has landed back home. Today's menu is a special surprise, prepared with extra love for parents!

Campers learned that food is meant to bring joy and connection, just as Jesus shared meals with others. And what better way to put that lesson into practice than by preparing and sharing a dinner together? We can't wait for parents to see all that our campers have learned throughout this week.

Yesterday, our YOUth had a local service day that started with picking up trash in our neighborhood, followed by sorting, washing, and folding clothes unclaimed from schools' lost and found, which will be given to Children's Service League.
They also cleaned the interior of one of our church vans and sorted through children's toys that they later took to the Purple Patch. After lunch the YOUth met with members of the River Valley Widows Group to help with any issues they had with their phones. To wrap up the day, the YOUth delivered children's books to nearby Little Free Libraries. Thank you to Christen Pryor for helping chaperone with Brandon.
