QUEEN OF BURLESQUE ---> Tempest Storm
Born Annie Blanche Banks, dubbed the" Queen of Exotic Dancers," a girlfriend to Elvis Presley and mistress to John F. Kennedy, Tempest Storm became an international star of stage and screen and is one of the most iconic burlesque performers in the world.
Now in her late 80s, she is the focus of the documentary that bears her name. Tempest Storm reveals that the rise and fall of the greatest living burlesque dancer is a far more personal and emotional journey than the titillating story one might imagine. Storm will join the film’s producer Kaitlyn Regehr and director Nimisha Mukerji in Hot Springs for the documentary’s U.S. premiere.
