Today's "Family & Friends" silhouette match ended in classic fashion, with multiple tie breakers. It was exciting to watch unfold. Caroline is a junior shooter and competed in her first match today. She went 48 targets with experienced junior shooter Darren before we could crown today's winner. It took a 3" steel target at 150 yards with 22LRs and some wind before we found a challenge worthy enough for these two.
Congratulations to Darren for 1st place. Congratulations to Caroline for also scoring a perfect match score and displaying some excellent shooting skills.

Congratulations to FVGC Junior shooter, Darren, for 3rd Place in Dublin's ARA Unlimited Rifle class today. 20 shooters toughed out strong winds and below freezing temperatures the entire four target match.
