Hi everyone!

As some of you may know, my daughter, Cecily, is in her last semester at the NYU film program this fall. She’s spent the past three years working hard in the program, interning for the Paris 2024 Olympics and Season 50 of Saturday Night Live, and, most importantly, producing TV projects.

She aspires to be a writer for television and has been working towards that goal tirelessly — she wants to be like Shonda Rhimes! She’s in her last semester right now, and while she is interning with SNL in the script department, she is also the executive producer of Cross Checked, her senior thesis project. It is a 30-minute pilot centering on women’s sports and hockey as a pillar for perseverance and ambition.

Cecily’s crowdfunding campaign has only a few days left, and they still have about $8,000 to raise. She’s doing a lot to get this project on its feet, and is excited to share it as visual evidence of what she’s been working on at NYU these past few years! She’s trying to provide transportation, lodging, and meals for her cast and crew members.
