During the minute of 2:07pm on Feb. 13, 2017, Libby shot two photos on the High Monon Bridge.
The first was of the empty bridge laying ahead of her to the south.
The second was of Abby approaching from the north.
They are at the 3rd platform which is the middle of the bridge which has 6 platforms.
IN BOTH PHOTOS THERE IS NO ONE ELSE BEHIND THEM ON THE BRIDGE.
For Bridge Guy to have caught up to them by 2:13pm when Libby's video of Bridge Guy began, he would have had to be hidden when those two photos were taken, and then start walking quickly right after the photos to reach them by 2:13pm to appear in Libby's video. Minutes 2:08 thru 2:12 is 5 minutes or less.
This is possible. I have walked the bridge enough times that I can do it in that speed. But the tricky part is starting not too soon -- or he'd be seen in the photos, or not too late or he'd be farther away when the video starts.
Such good timing is unlikely.
It is possible BG was already at the south end and simply was out of sight during the 2:07pm photos and walked north toward the girls, passed them, did a U-turn and came back at them.
Any blue jacket, brown capped, and jeans-wearing man could have done either of these scenarios, Richard Allen or any unseen man, even one living nearby. There are probably a dozen homes close by. (And if the girls were not found in the late night search, maybe they were pulled into a vehicle and taken elsewhere and returned in the morning.)
I have proved nothing by this, but did any attorney, Defense or Prosecution, do a time line of the actual travel? No.
And because I have proved nothing, it also does not prove guilt.
And why has Bridge Guy's height not been calculated by the known measurements of the bridge where his feet are touching?
I will go there and do it myself.

CLOSER LOOK AT IMAGE SIMILAR TO ABBY & LIBBY'S CRIME SCENE

Very likely you have seen this image before. It is NOT of Abigail Williams and Liberty German. Years before their murder on Feb. 13 or 14, 2017, it is reported that this image was posted on an Odinist themed page managed by Brad Holder. It is reported that his son was dating Abby. This photo is often shown next to a drawing of the girls' bodies at the murder site for comparison.
WHAT I NOTICED
The photographer seems to be above the bodies looking down, from a tree or very tall, perhaps.
The person covered with purple cloth looks female, the other person wearing jeans could be male or female.
The body positions are confusing.
The purple cloth girl's right leg comes up through and over the fork in the tree branch atop her. Her other leg is unseen but could be folded under the purple cloth.
And what is that purple cloth?
It is not shaped like clothing, more like a sheet or large raincoat. She could be naked under it. How would she naturally lie on her back with her right leg up and over a branch atop her?
The body position of the person wearing jeans is even more confusing. The jeans have a belt, and next to it, a foot, waist high, its leg seemingly bent at the knee so the sole of the foot faces the photographer above, and the leg is hooked over the branch, like the purple cloth girl's leg is hooked over her branch. It is possible the foot is really a hand wearing a wristwatch, but it looks like a foot where a hand should be. If it is a hand, one leg is hidden in shadow. The left leg is stretched out and its foot points down and looks small, so small that the foot looks like a hand.
Bizarre.
Above the belt, the arms appear to be crossed behind the person's back. It appears that jeans person is face down with his or her head under leafy branches where it would be hard to breathe. These are unnatural, uncomfortable positions for live people, which suggests they are dead.
The history of this that I have read is that this image appeared in Brad Holder's Odinist themed page years before the Delphi murder of Abigail Williams and Liberty German, Feb. 13 or 14, 2017. I believe I read this in the "Memoranda . . . Franks hearing" that Richard Allen's Defense released to the public. The memoranda tells that Law Enforcement did not find this image, a person looking back on B. Holder's old FB pages found it.
The arrows point toward nothing significant that I can see. Two arrows point near the same branch and the other arrow points to an empty space near the raised foot. The start of the arrows are out of frame, suggesting that this image was originally wider, and has been cropped, and possibly captions were attached to the arrows saying what they pointed to.
These look to me like dead dumped bodies, the girl wrapped in a purple raincoat or sheet, the jeans person's hands tied behind his or her back and a forked branch laid over both and a leg of each person pulled up to hook over one branch. Perhaps it is of an older crime investigation.
I tweaked the image to be sharper and pasted it below the first. It does look as if there is a hand connected to the folded arms behind jeans person.
I'd like to hear other people's observations of these images. Please comment.
This image and other Odinist information was gathered in the early State Police and FBI 2017 investigations. The Memorandum said the Prosecuting attorneys did not pass it on to the Defense as the process of Discovery requires. The Defense attorneys had to drive to another state to get a copy from the person who found it.

WHY WAIT 8 YEARS TO RELEASE BRIDGE GUY'S CLEAR VOICE???

Why was this clear voice of Bridge Guy not released when they found it on Libby's phone???? Instead a gravelly voice was released with the repeating one and a half step loop.
Was the audio compared to Richard Allen's and the other suspect's voice recordings?
ARE PEOPLE REPORTING THEY RECOGNIZE THIS VOICE???
If I had heard this video before I attended the trial, I could have compared it to his voice on his phone calls to wife and mother and his interrogations played at trial.
They need to release all recordings of RA's voice! If they had released this audio to the public, and if their investigators had compared it with the audio from RA's interrogations, his guilt or innocence would be obvious without a $3.5 million trial.
QUESTION: Was this audio tweaked and AI changed? Is this the original audio???
