More aggressive doesn’t mean more effective.
A lot of the industry still relies on over-exfoliation, excessive heat, and pushing the skin past its limits in the name of results
But here’s the reality:
Chronic inflammation increases MMP activity, which breaks down collagen. So while you might see short-term changes, you’re often compromising long-term skin health.
I don’t approach skin that way.
My focus is controlled stimulation, barrier integrity, and regulating inflammation so the skin can actually repair and function properly.
You don’t need to damage your skin to improve it.
