šŸŽ“ Graduate Highlight āļø

Meet Integrated Studies graduate Jenni Joker, she plans to continue advancing her career while pursuing a Master’s in Social Work. She shares that her degree has prepared her well for the future and that her coursework in Women’s Studies, Sociology, Human Services, and Early Childhood Education was both engaging and energizing.

One of Jenni’s most memorable moments at Purdue Fort Wayne was successfully completing her math course, an achievement that meant a great deal to her. She credits her instructor’s clear and supportive teaching style for helping her succeed. Jenni’s motivation has always been her children and grandchildren. From earning two Associate degrees to completing her Bachelor’s, she hopes to show them the value of perseverance and the importance of never giving up, even when faced with challenges.

One thing she would say to herself to stay motivated under pressure was, ā€œThis is not a big issue. You will be okay.ā€ Her told herself, ā€œI will not stop here and this situation does not define what or who I am.ā€ Strong words.

Congratulations, Jenni! We invite everyone to celebrate her accomplishment and support her as she continues to inspire her children, grandchildren, and community.
