Served over a mustard crema sauce and topped with citron butter. Accompanied by roasted Yukon potatoes sautéed with onions and garlic, tossed in a garlic herb seasoning, then finished with lightly curry-seasoned potato frites. Choice of soup or salad. Side substitutions available for a $4 upcharge.

Pan-Seared Salmon & Gnocchi — $48
8oz pan-seared salmon glazed with a sweet sherry wine reduction and topped with sweet onion jam. Served atop a bed of gnocchi. Choice of soup or salad. Choice of side.
