Today was a meaningful day spent connecting with Heartland Hospice and exploring ways we can better collaborate to support individuals and families during some of life’s most sensitive transitions.

These conversations matter. When care teams work together, we can create a more seamless, compassionate experience—ensuring that clients and their loved ones feel supported, informed, and truly cared for every step of the way.

For caregivers in the Steuben County area, we have a support group monthly at the YMCA. We would love to see some new faces and provide a safe space to talk and get support.
