These are two quilts I made out of my cousin Cheryl's t-shirts that she wore while she was battling pancreatic cancer until this past April.
Cheryl was one of the greatest people I've ever known, so compassionate and giving to others. These quilts displays her positive attitude while she was sick.
I made these two t-shirt quilts for her two daughters Eva and Emma so they would have the memory of their mother to comfort them and keep them warm.
The bird fabric was to show her love of birds and the quilt stitches is doves and ribbons done by my fantastic long arm quilter. Rest in peace Cheryl Tillman ... Celebrating a life well lived.
