I loved the classic elegance of Jessye's satin ballgown-silhouette prom dress. This was a straightforward alteration--simply a narrow hem.

Liv wanted to add unique design interest to the hem of her mermaid silhouette prom dress. So we curved the slit to the hemline and kept just a few inches of the train for a graceful sweep that still allowed for dancing. Here is the before and after, plus one in-progress photo I snapped before her second fitting.
