More than a pretty good progress check on her glute development, there could be no better example of the power of coaching and why it matters. If you have a few miles on the tires, odds are you are dealing with some kind of pain. No pain no gain is bs. Pain is information/feedback and if you do not put it to use, your training will suffer or you may quit altogether. We modified her programming to lighten the load and allow full depth on her front squat, so she can build greater capacity overall. Based on previous experience, we are confident that she will be increasing load while maintaining depth in no time and doing it pain free. Ability to squat is rarely limited by the strength of the major muscles. The culprit is almost always the support muscles that simply can keep up for one reason or another. Working through this requires awareness and coaching. Stay tuned.
