REPAIR PROCEDURE ISSUE:
Our client’s 2025 Mercedes GLC 300 was damaged. Our client filed a claim with their carrier Progressive Insurance for the loss. Progressive issued a loss statement/repair estimate for $9,895.40 before the deductible. Our client’s collision facility issued a preliminary loss statement/repair plan for $15,247.03 return Progressive to its pre-loss condition. Our client came to us for assistance with the $5,351.63 under-indemnification and out-of-pocket expense to safely return their vehicle to its pre-loss OEM condition.

As a result of going through the appraisal process in the policy, Vehicle Value Experts came to a binding agreement with the Progressive independent 3rd party appraiser for $13,895.16 as the loss statement/ repair cost to return our clients 2025 Mercedes GLC 300 back to its pre-loss condition.

The final binding agreement between the unbiased independent appraisers identified an under-indemnification of the loss of $3,999.76 or 40.4% from the Progressive loss statement/repair estimate of $9,895.40. Through the invoking of the Progressive policy right of appraisal our client has been made whole for their loss with no out-of-pocket expense other than their deductible.

State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2022 Ford F-250 a Total Loss and offered a settlement of $59,395.00

We successfully settled the claim for a settlement of $63,900.00

Net settlement increase was $4,505.00 or 7.6%

2016 Lexus NX200t Total Loss
USAA Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Lexus NX200t a Total Loss and offered a settlement of $16,311.00

We successfully settled the claim for a settlement of $21,750.00

Net settlement increase was $5,439.00 or 33.3%, plus sales tax.

Our client’s 2022 Mercedes C300 was damaged. Our client filed a claim with their carrier Allstate Insurance for the loss. Allstate issued a loss statement/repair estimate for $7,909.02 before the deductible. Our client’s collision facility issued a preliminary loss statement/repair plan for $13,035.07 return Allstate to its pre-loss condition. Our client came to us for assistance with the $5,126.05 under-indemnification and out-of-pocket expense to safely return their vehicle to its pre-loss OEM condition.

As a result of going through the appraisal process in the policy, Vehicle Value Experts came to a binding agreement with the Allstate independent 3rd party appraiser for $13,937.59 as the loss statement/ repair cost to return our clients 2022 Mercedes C300 back to its pre-loss condition.

The final binding agreement between the unbiased independent appraisers identified an under-indemnification of the loss of $6,028.57 or 76.2% from the Allstate loss statement/repair estimate of $7,909.02. Through the invoking of the Allstate policy right of appraisal our client has been made whole for their loss with no out-of-pocket expense other than their deductible.
