Executive Functional Healing LLC
Fix the root cause, not just symptoms. Your symptoms aren’t random. Gut • hormones • fatigue • inflammation
No guessing. No quick fixes.
One thing I hear all the time is:
“You’re the first person who’s actually listened to my whole story.”
Many people have spent years going from appointment to appointment, only to feel rushed, dismissed, or left with more questions than answers.
I believe every symptom has a story, and before recommendations can be made, that story deserves to be heard.
Sometimes the most important part of the process isn’t talking. It’s listening.
Have you ever felt like your concerns were dismissed or overlooked when trying to get answers about your health?
I’d love to hear your experience below.
Looking back, learning about gut health and fixing my gut was one of the biggest turning points in my story.
For years, I struggled with digestive issues, bloating, fatigue, brain fog, psoriasis, anxiety, depression, and symptoms that never seemed connected.
What I eventually learned was that many of these challenges were tied to what was happening in my gut.
My journey through SIBO and leaky gut wasn’t easy, but it changed the way I look at health forever. Instead of chasing symptoms, I started looking for root causes.
Have you ever dealt with digestive issues, bloating, food sensitivities, or unexplained symptoms that no one could explain?
I’d love to hear your story in the comments.
For years, I thought I had separate health problems.
H. pylori, SIBO, leaky gut, psoriasis, bloating, fatigue, brain fog, depression, stubborn weight that wouldn’t come off, and digestive issues all seemed unrelated.
What changed everything was realizing the body works as a system, not as separate parts.
That realization is one of the reasons I created Executive Functional Healing.
Looking back, I wish someone had explained that sooner.
Have you ever felt like you’re chasing symptoms without getting answers?
Let me know in the comments, and if you have questions about your health journey, feel free to ask.
There was a time when I thought antibiotics were solving my health problems.
What I didn’t realize was that every round seemed to leave me with new questions and new symptoms.
Digestive issues, bloating, fatigue, and brain fog became part of my normal life. I kept looking at each symptom separately instead of asking why they were happening in the first place.
Looking back, one of the biggest lessons I learned is that health challenges are often connected.
That’s one of the reasons I created Executive Functional Healing—to help people look beyond symptoms and start asking better questions about their health.
Have you ever felt like you were treating one problem only to end up with another?
For years, I thought I had separate health problems.
Acid reflux. Digestive issues. Bloating. Fatigue. Anxiety.
What I didn’t realize was that many of these symptoms could be connected.
Looking back, understanding that changed everything for me and ultimately led me to create Executive Functional Healing.
Have you ever felt like you’re chasing symptoms without getting answers?
I didn’t start Executive Functional Healing because I read a book.
I started it because I spent years trying to get my own health back.
Over the years, I dealt with H. pylori, SIBO, leaky gut, chronic fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, years of antibiotic use, and long-term PPI use. Like many people, I spent years searching for answers while trying to fix one symptom at a time.
Looking back, many of those symptoms weren’t separate problems. They were clues.
That journey eventually led me to become a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and start Executive Functional Healing so I could help others investigate potential root causes behind chronic health challenges.
If you’ve ever felt like something was off, but you weren’t getting the answers you needed, you’re not alone.
What’s one health symptom you’ve been struggling to get answers for?
Have you ever worn a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)?
What was the biggest thing you learned about your blood sugar, energy, or eating habits from it?
What’s one thing you stopped doing that made a bigger difference than adding something new?
What’s one small change that made your life noticeably better?
Could be health, work, relationships, mindset, finances, or something completely unexpected.
Let’s hear it.
One thing that still surprises me in my practice is how many people believe feeling bad is simply part of getting older.
Low energy. Brain fog. Poor sleep. Digestive issues.
These symptoms may be common, but common doesn’t automatically mean normal.
What symptom have you been told to simply accept?
