Creating family and community safety. Most people recognize hitting as abuse or violence.

This Fourth of July, weโ€™re reminded that freedom is not only something we celebrate. It is something every person deserves to experience in their own life.

Our Family Justice Center model brings more than 25 partner agencies together under one roof to help survivors access safety, support, and hope. But that spirit of collaboration does not stop within our walls.

One Safe Place also facilitates the Tarrant County Council on Family Violence, an ongoing countywide space where agencies, professionals, and community partners share information, strengthen response efforts, and work together to combat family violence across Tarrant County.

At todayโ€™s TCCFV meeting, we heard from Unbound Now, who presented on human trafficking, including warning signs, resources available to victims, intervention strategies, and current efforts to prevent and monitor trafficking during the World Cup.

When organizations communicate, coordinate, and learn from one another, survivors are better supported and our community is better equipped to recognize danger, respond effectively, and prevent harm before it escalates.

Sometimes the hardest part is not knowing where to begin.

At One Safe Place, you do not need to have the right words. You do not need to have a plan. You do not need to know exactly what kind of help you need.

We will listen, help you understand your options, and connect you with support, safety planning, and services that meet you where you are.

When you are ready, we are here.
