I got caught by the RayBans! Let me tell you what happened at breakfast today…
I was having breakfast with one of my brothers ( ) and we got the chance to love and encourage our server.
It was one of those moments where I thought, “I don’t have time for this, Baylor and I have important things to catch up on.” But the Holy Spirit…
The Holy Spirit redirected my thoughts quickly.
We invited her to pull up a chair and talk with us. We asked questions, we encouraged her, I even bought her new book on Amazon and had it shipped to her apartment.
Well, during the conversation, Baylor turned on his Meta glasses to capture me ministering to her. It was pretty cool!
Don’t miss moments to leave people better than you find them. I pray that she will choose herself and be in a better place next time we see her at Ham N Eggs!

Today was bittersweet…
I’ve always been frustrated by the speakers that walk on stage, speak, then walk off the stage and leave.
I love connecting with the people.
I love encouraging the discouraged.
I’m like Olaf and I like to give warm hugs.
But today, I had to walk on and then walk off and leave. It was hard!
Sorry to those of you I didn’t get to shake your hand or hug your neck, I’ll stay longer next time!
But I am excited to get home in time to tuck my kids in bed!

You might say that Kyle Draper was born to be a great story teller. He comes from a long line of pastors who have spent some real time in front of an engaged audience. In Kyle's 20's he spent almost 10 years as a student pastor, which made him a 5th generation pastor in his family. He then cut his teeth in sales and marketing when his family started a roofing company that he led for almost 3 years. Then he jumped into real estate and began building websites and offering marketing services to Realtors. Creating a marketing plan for his successful website company, agentimpress.me, he discovered his true calling helping people “go live” through video marketing. Setting out to become the best at what he does, he studied and developed several classes for Real Estate professionals, learned how Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram to name a few, work better and bring in more leads for his clients. These classes became the go to place for business owners to learn in a language they could understand and execute.
