Success Story: Mrs. Diane Johnson 🎉

Mrs. Johnson came to us following back surgery and continued pain, determined to regain her independence. Throughout her stay, she was a true joy to work with—always positive, cheerful, and motivated.

With the support of our dedicated nursing and rehabilitation team, Mrs. Johnson’s pain improved significantly as she progressed from wheelchair-level, to walking with a standard walker, and ultimately discharging home safely using a rollator while completing all of her daily tasks independently.

We are so proud of Mrs. Johnson’s hard work and determination and wish her continued success at home! 💙🏡

Arlington Heights Health and Rehab Center residents enjoyed a wonderful start to the week with a comforting lunch featuring cheese manicotti with marinara sauce, sautéed zucchini, garlic bread, and homemade bread pudding. It's meals like these that make our communities feel even more like home.❤
