Cornerstone’s new Senior Superintendent, Glen Thomas, believes a successful project is a safe project completed with zero accidents and zero injuries. Glen leads from a “teamwork makes the dream work” philosophy where everyone works together to keep schedules on target, maintain budgets, and deliver quality projects to happy owners.

Glen brings an extensive 34-year career of construction experience in a wide range of projects from ground-up custom built residential and historic renovations to commercial and industrial facilities. Glen began his illustrious career as a lead carpenter/foreman building custom homes in the southern United States. Quickly rising in position and responsibility, Glen honed his superintendent toolbox on commercial construction sites where he managed schedule, budget, and subcontractors on projects up to $8+ million. He is instrumental in building relationships with city officials during permitting, inspection, and utility connections, as well as owners and architects to see a project to successful completion.

As Senior Superintendent, Glen spearheads construction efforts by ensuring projects are constructed safely and in accordance with drawings and specifications. He assists in job-specific Safety & Health Plans by developing logistics plans, accident prevention plans, writing scopes of work, creating schedules, and supporting subcontractor assignments.

For Lorin Scarborough, AIA, NCARB, LEEP AP, creating quality building solutions for structures of all kinds is where she finds her drive. Her 30-plus years of experience designing sustainable, highly technical spaces throughout multiple states fuel her impeccable planning strategies and collaboration techniques. Her ability to unify diverse design requirements for historic preservation, accessibility, technical performance, and aesthetics make her the ideal addition to Cornerstone’s team.

Lorin is comfortable working with all levels of leadership, from the Department of Defense to local independent school districts. Responsible for many multimillion-dollar contracts, she is right at home brainstorming brilliant solutions to complex issues. She is skilled in streamlining confidential and fast-tracked projects alike, expertly navigating stringent code requirements and bringing each element into compliance.

Lorin is proud to uphold LEED standards and has designed several Gold-certified projects. With an eye on future impact, she takes quality control seriously and creates each design for maximum effectiveness while upholding aesthetic sensibilities. She strives to deliver functionality at its finest, both in terms of utility and sustainability.

Dedicated to the architecture craft since his teenage years, Ryan McGuire, AIA, CSI, CDT perpetually seeks out ways to transform each undertaking from a great idea to an amazing reality. He possesses remarkable determination as well as an impressive history of projects completed over his 26-year career. He has repeatedly delivered successful, on-point designs for clients of all kinds: commercial, medical, governmental, residential, educational, and more.

As Cornerstone’s new Director of Architecture, Ryan combines his significant expertise and intense focus to create design outcomes that both clients and communities can be proud of. He is always willing to come alongside the client and coworkers, taking a personal role in bringing about optimal strategies that meet the key needs of all involved.

With an additional background of instructing at the graduate level, Ryan is able to make even the most complex concepts accessible, readily sharing the industry wisdom he’s gained over the years. He is always prepared to lend a hand, and Cornerstone is pleased to welcome him to the team.

Our architecture team at Cornerstone Projects Group loves working on beautiful projects. So glad we can be a part of the team creating the Montrachet Development in Fort Worth. We have completed the design for two guardhouses and will complete the design of the community's amenity center pavilion and event pavilion soon.

Just received this artist rendering of the new guardhouse! Not only beautiful in design, it will be manned 24/7 by highly trained guards and equipped with the latest in security technology. Construction will begin soon!
