Baked trout, sweet potato, rice, broccoli and I made an easy cilantro-lime jalapeño crema. Use this sauce on multiple things. Fish, chicken, steak, shrimp, rice, tacos, salad dressing, etc…
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 to 1 1/2 cups cilantro (depending on your taste)
2 garlic cloves
Avocado oil until you reach your preferred consistency. I used about 1/2 cup or so. You can also use olive oil.
1 whole lime
Jalapeño (optional) for spice
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
