Fort Worth peeps: So my AC went out Thursday night. I called my local AC service company and they came over Friday. Luckily it was an easy fix!! However I want to give a plug for them because I know a lot of people are having AC issues with the heat. 1st Response AC & Heating is awesome! I pay a monthly fee for them to come out twice per year and do maintenance checks on everything in preparation for the next season. Their service guys are very professional and explain it all very well which I appreciate. Just thought I would share 😉

I hope everyone had a lovely time with their families this weekend. 💕 I have had some harsh wake-up calls around health from a few friends lately and I do not share enough from my health coaching side of things.

I know parents are concerned about their kids getting the “right” nutrition or enough fruit and veggies in their diet. I just enrolled my kids in the largest population study ever done on children and nutrition. They just changed the length of time you can remain enrolled! So exciting!

Kids between the ages of 4-25 can get free fruit and veggies as part of the study. It's so incredible and I want everyone to be aware of this amazing GIFT! 🎁
