Does anyone on here know somebody high up at Atmos energy yesterday we had a leak on our gas meter outside the building. They were there in five minutes to shut it off. They repaired it and then we found a leak inside the boiler room. They put a lock on the meter and I totally understand, but we have been waiting for three hours now to get our gas turned back on. It was repaired at 11 the gentleman that turned it off and locked it down last night said call will be there within an hour. Worst customer service ever besides Frontier or Verizon I have a mechanic that’s charging me $100 an hour to sit and wait for them to get there to turn the gas on any help would be appreciated.
