Hope the rain and cooler temps have found you this morning!

Last Thursday we spent the day making our team stronger in both the training and teamwork aspects.

We spend our morning as an entire team removing a sectional door, modifying the width of our jams for training and installing a rolling steel door. The team installing are some of our newer teammates - and in our group we have MULTIPLE generations of installers that were there to offer tips, tricks, and instruction. We all enjoyed the value of this whole team approach to training. I grabbed a time lapse video of the process, and I’ve shared that in the comments!

After our hard work, we spruced up a bit and had a bite to eat at a great local establishment Mr B's Burger Pub! Great service and food, thank you!

Capped our afternoon at The Secret Chambers for some team building where we broke in to 3 separate teams and worked together to escape - 2 groups succeeded - 1 missed unlocking the door by mere seconds!!!
