Run With Endurance

Are you kidding me?!??! 8 minute LIFETIME PR for Irma Allen at Boston yesterday!!!!! This gal was absolutely feeling the vibes and flying! She achieved her lifetime PR in spite of a few stops along the way. WOW!!!! I am just so beyond proud of her. It has been SOOOO fun seeing her get stronger through strength training and it turning into increased speed and fitness. And of course putting in the work with her training runs. She may no longer be in her 30s but I believe she is just getting started! Congrats!!!!

Admittedly life has been tough lately. But I can’t imagine how anyone can go through something like this without Jesus. He has been my rock. My something and someone I can fully trust. Today’s church lesson says that when you go through something tough God will either give you the answers and/or go through it with you and support you. I am a believer. I don’t believe in judgment like many religions do. God is love. Not hate. Happy Easter ❤️
