Historic Handley

The Historic Handley Development Corporation was formed in 1999 to help with the development and preservation of Handley. The HHDC puts on the Handley Festival each year on the second Saturday of October from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The proceeds of the festival goes to fund projects to help beautify and preserve Handley.

The Historic Handley Neighborhood Association was formed in 1998 when a group of citizens and business owners led by Doris Harrison joined together to improve Handley. The HHNA meets once a month on the second Monday. The meetings are from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and are held in the Fellowship Hall of the Handley United Methodist Church.
