Did a cheffing gig dinner party Thursday night in Carrollton for 7 people. Right pic is the dessert and left pic is the main meal. Here is the menu they requested:

Made Queso Beef Chili last night, and it was great, with 2 cups of cheddar and a block of cream cheese mixed in, topped with sour cream, cilantro and green onion. A keeper for sure. Let me know if you would like the recipe.
