The Telos Project
We serve mental health needs for individuals , families, and couples in the Fort Worth, Texas area.
π¦β¨πΏ Just a peaceful moment feeding the birdsβ¦ or so we thought.
Out of nowhere, another "neighbor" showed up, an armadillo. ππΏπ«
Honestly? It felt like a reminder.
When you slow down, step outside, and give yourself a moment to breatheβ¦ the world softens a little. πΏπ
In therapy, we practice that same pause, creating space for curiosity, calm, and even the unexpected. π«Άπβ¨πΈ

βοΈπβ¨The first day of summer is here. The days are longer, and evenings feel more relaxed. Itβs a good time to take a deep breath and enjoy a moment of calm.
Summer teaches us that rest is something we need in all seasons. Some days are for being busy and getting things done. Other days are for lying in the grass, feeling the warm sun, and knowing that taking time to rest doesnβt have to be earned. πππ
If you're carrying something heavy into this season you're not alone. Summer doesnβt fix everything, but it can bring little moments of comfort like watching a sunset, enjoying a cold drink, or simply taking a deep breath. π
ππ
Allow yourself to enjoy those simple moments. You don't have to feel "good" to feel the sun. You just have to be here. π‘β¨
Welcome, summer. We're ready to rest, heal, and grow at our own pace. π»π
