CFFC Home Design

I posted some pics on this original, custom design project a while ago and I am finally getting around to posting the finished home. This homeowner contracted his build himself and found deals on brick and windows. He chose to leave some windows out and some colors changed but hey, that's construction. It turned out great and they are over the moon happy with it. I was not able to get inside pics as I believe they are still working on some cabinets, trim, etc.

Waiting on windows for this awesome modern farmhouse project in Cooper, Texas and then the exterior siding and brick will be finished up. It's moving along and the builder and his subcontractors love working off these plans and that is what we like to hear! The client gets what they want and nobody has to stress trying to figure out the construction documents to get it built!!! It doesn't have to be CFFC but hire a pro home designer/architect to consult with you on your design planning. It's the most important phase of your home. We'll get closer pics on the next field trip.
