"This is 11 months of consistency, intention, and the support of peptides that helped my body do what I’d been working toward all along.
From November 2024 to today, I’ve released 30 pounds and 12.75 inches from my core: 3.5 from my waist, 3 from my hips, and 6.25 from my lower back and rear. The physical changes are incredible, but the real transformation has been in how I feel: more energy, more clarity, and more confidence.
