Job is 3-4 weeks
Must work overnight (pays extra for this)

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant Sales Support person to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices. Customer interaction and Installation Scheduling skills will be utilized on a regular basis to support Sales

Responsibilities:

Calculate costs of goods and services
Track and record deliveries/installations to customers
Distribute invoices for sales review and collect payment
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Perform all other office tasks
​Qualifications:

Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
Experience in data entry
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Bi-Lingual a plus
