Big progress happening inside Serenity View today. Duc Phan of Made by Duc, LLC is onsite installing the cabinets and completing the interior trim, and it’s one of those moments where everything starts to feel real. The craftsmanship and attention to detail make such a difference as the space comes together. You’ll also notice the rosettes around the windows — a detail we intentionally chose to honor Cafe 1187’s original style and the history of this place. It felt important to preserve that character as we transform it into a new home. Once the trim is finished, we’ll be able to start painting the interior, marking another major step forward.
