We are hiring!!!! The May Group is looking for seasoned and knowledgeable customer service and sales representatives to join our eCommerce intake team. The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services, processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate loves talking to people, has a sales mindset, and proactively solves issues. You will be responsible for making our customers advocates.

Qualifications
At least 3 years' of relevant work experience
1-2 years customer service / call center experience preferred
Retail or Sales experience preferred
Minimum of a high school education
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Technology expertise- Excel, Word, HubSpot
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Attendance and Punctuality
Adaptability
Professionalism
Problem Solving

Location: 1200 Forum Way S., Fort Worth, Texas 76140 (remote working not offered)
Pay: Based on experience
