Watching it reminds me of my parents, and I wish they had developed a daily exercise habit before their 80s. My mom, in particular, wouldn’t be struggling as much today. It’s tougher to change when you’re older and stiffer - it’s more painful and challenging. Trying to shift your mindset and body can feel like going against the grain. While it’s not impossible, it requires extra perseverance, which can be another hurdle. The body resists new habits since it’s accustomed to the old ways. That’s why starting early is crucial, with the goal of a better, pain-free future in mind. Construction has hit us at Mac off of East Broadway in Fortville:( make sure to leave a few minutes earlier to be able to navigate the traffic and construction. The only way into our parking lot is off Polular St. as seen in the second picture. Thank you all for your continued support through this crazy construction!
