20 years ago today I fell out of a truck on Spring Break in PCB destroying my right knee. I was so high on lean and drugs I didn’t feel a thing. This lead to my first trip to rehab.

Since then I’ve struggled with addiction and staying sober. I have a power over my habits to stop at a moments notice, but getting to that moment is the hard part.

If you are struggling, and you need an unbiased ear, I am always available. I’ve been down and out too many times to count and it hasn’t changed s**t. I will provide support and counsel to anyone that asks.
