Here's how to submit your entry:

*provide a photo of your LaGustosa or NY Bone Broths food creation in PNG or JPEG format
*provide the recipe in Word
*include the name of your food creation, your name (we'll only use your first name), telephone number and the town/city you live
*email to [email protected]
*Upon submission we'll respond with how to claim your $5 coupon
