Woven Tree

March is social worker appreciation month. Please go to your local juvenile services and youth welfare services and tell them thank you for taking care of the children in the welfare and foster care system. There are so many ways you can show your appreciation. You can bring meals, gift cards, flowers, small gifts. Even just a card to say thank you for the late nights and long hours they put in to take care of these children. 

Part of what Woven Tree does is love on kids aging out of the foster system. At 18 they are done and must become an adult on their own. It is a hard day for these kids. Woven Tree is wrapping around them to help send them off and love on them. These kids need families to mentor and support them. Please consider supporting these kids or organizations like Woven Tree or America Kids Belong who help them. LH Levine
