I originally titled the story A Playbook for Resisting Change. When Anna first reviewed the article, she switched it to Welcoming Change and this made all the difference.
With this shift, the entire posture and mindset of the story flipped from resistance to openness.
When going through change, it makes all the difference.
With acceptance, you take control. You bring order to the chaos.
Anna’s title adjustment ties the piece together and proves her powerful mindset.
When an Ironman World Championship Doesn’t Go to Plan Her first Ironman World Championship as a professional fell apart on the Queen K. What followed became a lesson in resilience, faith, and owning the outcome.
