Growing Allstate insurance agency in Franklin WI is seeking a full time Customer Service / Retention Agent. Ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience in an office like environment. Duties include processing insurance changes, taking payments, reviewing client policies, new business follow-up calls, client problem resolution, and retention focused activities. This is a key role in the agency and not a entry level position.

* Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
* Take premium payments from customers.
* Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
* Return all phone messages promptly.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
