December’s market stats ended 2021 strong with the number of homes sold and median home prices both up compared to last December. Inventory continues to be as low as ever which continues to drive prices up. The total number of homes sold in 2021 was up 5% compared to 2020.

Prices are high and inventory is low, making this an ideal time to sell. Interest rates are beginning to rise and are projected to continue rising slowly throughout 2022, impacting buyer budgets.
