FIT4MOM Franklin

Happy Sunday! It's the last week of classes for us here at FIT4MOM Franklin! We are taking the week off between Christmas and New Years. But that doesn't mean we don't have a full week planned for you. Get ready for more Holiday themed classes, 12 days of Fitmas and finish out the week with a Family Workout class! We will stay after class for some coffee, hot coco and cookies.

SAVE THE DATE!
Monday January 1st we will be having our 4th annual family Hike. We will be meeting at Radnor Lake for a nice easy New Years Day hike/walk. The trail is half paved and half dirt/mulch. Suggest to bring babies in carriers (not positive if strollers are allowed) but is an easy hike for older kiddos. We will meet at the Granny White parking lot at 9:00 am for this fun hike!

We can't wait to finish out the 2023 with you and start off 2024!

It's going to be a chilly start to the week, but we still have beautiful weather heading into mid December! Get ready for a fun week of crafts, Christmas lights and our annual Holiday party!

Monday we are headed to Curio to stay warm from 9:30-10:30 am.

Plus we are previewing a new format Thursday evening at The Academy on Seaboard at 7:30 pm! Body Ignite is a full body strength class with no cardio. We ask that you bring a set of weights anywhere from 5 lbs - 20 lbs.
