Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Frederick County 275th Anniversary closing ceremony at Rose Hill Manor and stayed keyed in with events throughout the year!
Each month in 2023, we are highlighting Voices from our community who are helping make Frederick County, MD a place truly worth celebrating in several KEY categories featured in our Commemorative Book, like Education, History, and more! Ann Miller, Chief of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Maryland School for the Deaf is using her voice to share the fascinating history of the school.
Join us for Frederick County's 275th Anniversary Closing Ceremony this Saturday, December 9th at Rose Hill Manor Park following Museums by Candlelight 2023! The ceremony will kick off with a performance by Mike Kuster followed by remarks from County Executive Jessica Fitzwater, a look back at the yearlong celebration, and the ringing of the bells by the Frederick Community College Handbell Choir. Participants from the Voices of Frederick County Video Series will also be in attendance for a meet & greet.
