• Stylists are you paying for it? Make sure you check in with your distributors and reps about rewards! We have never had to pay for our back bar. We also have been able to use points for our CALURA developers for the last two years, a.k.a they have been FREE too! Thanks to the reward programs through our distributor, plus Marissa and I hitting our goals, we have been able to save!

• The things I look for when carrying a line is sustainability first and then what kind of rewards we can get back for the salon. This is why a good relationship with your local rep is key. Our Twinstates rep Justin is awesome! Shout out to Justin for being the best!

• With the cost of everything continuing to rise make sure to cut costs in your business anywhere you can!
