Not all women are looking to lose a ton of weight. Some women are already fit like JoNese ThinkPink Lassiter but they’re still looking to lean out their entire frame, and lose a few more inches around their waist. 🔥
JoNese has been a consistent member of these challenges from day one. She’s always been fit, had a very nice body, and active with her training routine. But she felt like she hit a wall this past season with her progress.
So we made a few adjustments with her program, upped her cardio, and really focused on high intensity workouts that would help her lean out more and build the physique she was after. And at the end of the twelve week mark, she hit her goal! 💪🏾💪🏾
Waist snatched! Shoulders, arms, and back chiseled! 🔪 And her legs are more toned and defined all around! 👏🏾
I don’t just give my clients a program then disappear. I work with each of them individually throughout the challenge to make sure we’re doing what’s necessary to accomplish their goals. Adjustments are made, modifications are provided, and each clients progress charts are updated weekly on my end. Whatever it takes to help THEM is done!

Next up we have Dionicia Nava 🔥 When it comes to commitment and dedication, she’s the definition of both! I can always tell which contestants will do well in these challenges based off of their attitude and energy in our conversations before the challenge begins. She had her mind made up from day one that she was going to put the necessary work in to achieve her goals. And she did just that!
Even though she only lost seven pounds during the challenge, she was still able to completely transform her body from head to toe. I always preach to my clients that THE NUMBERS ON THE SCALE DON’T MATTER. When you’re going through a program like this that involves a lot of strength training, cardio, and HIIT workouts, you tend to gain muscle. And by gaining muscle, you won’t necessarily drop a lot of weight. But your muscles and body will naturally look more defined and toned as you can see here in her transformation pictures.
I’ve been doing online training for almost eight years now, and I couldn’t ask for a better client than 🙏🏾 No excuses, no second guessing what the program requires or ask of her, just hard work, consistency, and a positive attitude day in and day out! 🙌🏾 I could go on and on about my experience with her the past twelve weeks, but if you swipe 👈🏾 you can read what she has to say about the program yourself.
