We had an absolute blast celebrating Bike to Work Day 2026 right here in Frederick last Friday! Welcome Home Realty Group set up shop to cheer on local commuters and hand out custom bicycle water bottles to keep everyone hydrated. 🚰

Did you know that Bike to Work Day is the ultimate springboard for new riders? In last year's event survey, 16% of participants said they had never biked to work before. That means over 1,000 commuters tried two wheels for the very first time! 🤯

Huge thanks to the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, Washington Area Bicyclist Association, and Commuter Connections for organizing such a fantastic event.

Just in time for Mother’s Day weekend, we welcomed a very special new "tenant" to our office. This mama dove chose the transom window above our door as the safest place to build her nest and protect her eggs.

There is no higher compliment than a mother’s trust. Whether she has feathers or not, a mom knows when a place feels like home.

We’re honored she chose us to watch over her family’s first chapter. If she trusts us with her most precious cargo, we hope you’ll trust us with yours. From our "nest" to yours, we hope all the moms out there had a wonderful Mother's Day! 🪺🏠
