Harry was very accommodating working with me to schedule a home inspection around my work hours. He clearly explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it ahead of time, then delivered exactly as promised. He went over the home with a fine tooth comb, documented everything thoroughly, and delivered his comprehensive report promptly. I've had a good home inspector before, but Harry's service is on the next level. I would recommend him to family and friends.
Claudia Garafola B&H did a nice job setting up, monitoring & reading a radon test they did for me. It was a 2nd opinion that I had requested. B&H had also recommended a few items to do to enhance the sale of my home!
