Meet Karen, our Junior Production Designer. Karen’s experiences at a broadcast station, print shop, and startup apparel company gave her the technical skills and professional confidence to handle a high volume of diverse work. Her upbeat attitude and eagerness to learn enhance the collaborative team environment we enjoy at Postern. Fun fact about Karen: she owns over 150 plants! 🌱

When asked what part of her job she’s most excited about, Karen said, “Looking ahead, I am most excited about the opportunity to collaborate with such a high-performing team. Being surrounded by peers who are experts in their craft is a huge motivator, and I’m looking forward to learning from their experiences and contributing to the high standard of work we produce together.”

We want to give a huge congratulations to not one but TWO Postern team members for graduating last evening from the 2026 cohort of Leadership Frederick County! Eve and Sierra show us daily just how remarkable they are not only in their professional roles but also as thoughtful colleagues and engaged community members, and we can't wait to see what they do next.
