Crown And Flint Photo

It's been a minute since I posted a selfie, so here's the first one that I can genuinely say reflected what I saw through the viewfinder. Focus: check. Composition: check. No mental adjustments, no compromises.
And also, a bit of Christmas magic. I was really happy with how this turned out, I had to crank up the flash to balance out the sunlight.

When my lovely wife asks me out to see some musicians play and says I can bring a camera, I get excited! I opted for for this show and I don't have a long lens for it anymore, so I tried to lean into the wider field of view for these photos. The color film really shined during daylight, but monochrome performed very nicely once the warm LEDs of the stage started dominating the light.
I am really looking forward to pairing Instax Mini with a longer lens again once I get into a more stable state.
