PRODUCTION MANAGER - BISHOPVILLE, SC
Structural Building Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our Bishopville, South Carolina facility.

What You'll Do

Oversee Production: Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations for trusses, engineered wood, and wall panels
Drive Quality: Ensure all products meet our high standards and customer specifications
Safety Leadership: Maintain strict safety protocols and PPE compliance across production floor
Optimize Efficiency: Improve production processes, reduce waste, and maximize throughput
Team Development: Lead, train, and motivate production staff
Coordinate Operations: Work with scheduling, quality control, and maintenance teams

What We're Looking For

Production Experience: 3+ years supervising manufacturing operations, preferably in construction materials or wood products
Safety Focused: Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
Results Driven: Track record of meeting production targets and quality standards
Team Leader: Experience managing and developing production teams
Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions quickly
Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean manufacturing
