Every repair builds skills, confidence, AND dependable transportation for our neighbors.

Within their first week on the job, our Maryland Youth Apprentices brand new apprentices, Bakari and Kuvindu, alongside our recent graduate Mathew, are already getting their hands dirty, replacing valve cover gaskets and installing a drive belt alongside our technicians.

Opportunities like this give students real-world experience, helping them build technical skills, confidence, and a clearer path into the automotive industry.

Through our partnership with Frederick County Public Schools Career & Technology Center, apprentices gain valuable hands-on training while working alongside experienced technicians and contributing to the work happening in our shop every day.

We are grateful for partners like SUNEX Tools, and Frederick County Workforce Services: Youth Apprenticeship program, whose support helps make these apprenticeship opportunities possible.
