Over the last 7 years we have accumulated a lot of "things". It's time to clean them out. These items were left in the cubbies and lockers from the old location and in the 36 days from moving, no one has asked about them.

So...1 week from today, all items left behind will be up for sale. $10 for lifters, $5 jump ropes, $1 minimum on everything else. All cash from the sale will go to the Longmont Humane Society.

Monday classes will be at the new space! 3540 Hwy 52. It's the 1st building to the west of the liquor store. Please excuse the mess!

What do you do when there are two women in your life? Propose to both! Monica and Janel both finished all of their levels. Shelby did too, but wouldn't entertain the idea of my proposal.

With their levels complete, these ladies will have the workout tailored to their ability levels everyday. Work smarter. Prevent injuries. Have fun!
